Who we are
This website is run by the Coimbatore branch of IPCS Global ([PLACEHOLDER: registered company name]), #12, 2nd Floor, Swathi Towers, Sowripalayam – Masakalipalayam Road, Opp. GRG Matriculation School, Periyar Nagar, Peelamedu, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641004. In this policy "we" and "us" mean IPCS Global Coimbatore.
This policy explains what information the website collects, why, and the choices you have.
Enquiry and demo forms
Our enquiry and "Book a free demo" forms do not store your details on this website or on our servers. When you press "Send on WhatsApp" or "Send via Email", the details you typed (name, phone, optional email, course, batch preference, optional date and message) are placed into a WhatsApp message or email on your own device. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp or your email app.
Once you send the message, it reaches our counsellors on WhatsApp (+91 80860 96664) or by email (bmcbe@ipcsglobal.com). We use it only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or counselling session, and share course information you asked for.
WhatsApp and your email provider process the message under their own privacy policies.
Information kept in your browser
Some features remember choices on your own device using your browser's local storage: your light/dark theme, your course shortlist, courses you compared and recently viewed courses. The AI assistant keeps the current conversation in session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.
This information stays in your browser and is not sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
AI course assistant
The optional AI assistant answers questions about our courses. Questions you type into it, with the last few messages of the conversation, are sent to our server (hosted on Cloudflare) and from there to Google’s Gemini API to generate an answer. Please do not type personal details such as phone numbers or addresses into the assistant.
To protect the assistant from abuse, our server briefly uses your IP address to limit how many questions can be sent per minute and per hour. It is not stored or used for anything else. Google processes the questions under the Gemini API terms.
If the AI service is unavailable, the assistant answers from course information built into the page, and nothing is sent.
Website analytics
We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website — for example which pages are visited and how many people tap "Call" or "WhatsApp". Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser.
You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Maps and external links
The contact page can show a Google Map. The map only loads when you choose to view it, and Google may then collect information under its own policy.
Links to WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and other websites are governed by those websites' privacy policies.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the enquiry information you have sent us, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may also raise a grievance with us.

Students under 18
Some of our programmes (for example Junior Robotics) are for school students. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.
